Whole Foods - Sunday, September 12th - 1-4 pm
Whole Foods will host an open house for AIDS Walk Detroit at their location in Troy. Everyone is invited to come and register for the Walk during the open house- or if you are already registered, you can come pick up your goodie bag.  If you sign up to walk, you will be entered in to win a $25 gift card from Whole Foods. Saks Fifth Avenue - Thursday, September 16th - 5:30 - 9 pm - $50 ticket price
Saks Fifth Avenue will be helping us celebrate the 20th anniversary of Steppin' Out - and the 19th year of AIDS Walk Detroit. Tickets for the event are $50, and include a $25 SFA gift certificate, 15% off storewide discount, cocktails and appetizers, a DJ and a fashion show. AIDS Walk Detroit - Sunday, September 19th - 9 am - 2 pm
Steppin' Out presents the 19th annual AIDS Walk Detroit. Registration is taking place now - by calling, emailing - or registering yourself online. Funds raised from AIDS Walk Detroit are distributed to local HIV/AIDS organizations. Please note that this year's event will be taking place an hour later than in years past! Schedule of events are as follows:
9:00 am - Registration begins
10:30 am - the NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt opening
11:00 am - AIDS Walk Detroit opening ceremony and awards
11:30 am - AIDS Walk Detroit begins
