The following is a sample of the contract a consignor must agree to and sign before the New To You Resale Shop will accept goods from the given consignor. The form for listing the items on the back is given below. The actual Consignor contract will be signed at the initial meeting with the Manager.

I herby consign to the NEW TO YOU RESALE SHOP the property listed on the reverse side of this sheet. The shop agrees to offer this property for sale under its regular terms, which are:

1. All property is left at the owner's risk. The shop does not assume any responsibility whatever for the loss of, damage to, or destruction of any articles left on consignment.   Customer initials______
2. A fee of $3.00 is charged for every 30 items. The $3.00 fees will automatically be deducted from account proceeds. 
3. A commission of 50% is charged on all items.
4. Merchanise that has not been sold at the end of two months will automatically become the property of the NEW TO YOU RESALE SHOP.     Customer initials______
5. All clothing must be clean on hangers or folded neatly in manageable boxes or shopping bags with handles. Fairly up to date. No stains.  No dirty, extremely wrinkled or torn items will be accepted.
6. The NEW TO YOU RESALE SHOP reserves the right to reject any item.  The owner will not be notified if a garment or article is found non-consignable. Customer initials______
7. Holiday merchandise will become the property of the shop the day after the holiday.
